At Magnolia Nutrition, we partner with restaurants and foodservice establishments to create safer, more inclusive dining experiences for guests with food allergies. We provide food allergy and gluten training to foodservice establishments. Ellie is a Certified AllerTrain Trainer, aiming to educate food service professionals on handling food allergies, gluten-free requests, and preventing food allergy-related incidents. She can provide training to restaurants, colleges and university foodservices, K-12 school foodservice, day cares, and other industry kitchens. AllerTrain meets the Massachusetts Board of Health requirements for food allergy training.
